We were on the lookout for a phone system solution that could be bundled, giving our business one account billed monthly from the one carrier. We had previously signed various plans and services with multiple suppliers. This wasn’t working as it made keeping on top of contract end dates very difficult; we also knew we couldn’t possibly be getting the best value.

We received a call from Lauren at Techwell who was able to ask questions around how our business ran and where our current system was failing us. Lauren was able to book a face to face meeting with Business Development Manager, Oliver to discuss our options. Oliver was able to identify some savings we could make and suggest a new bundled plan, including a phone system that would work really well in our business.

Bryan, our Technician, worked efficiently and provided us with great training. The staff and I felt very confident in using the new system. We were also given his mobile number so we could get back in contact directly if we had any questions.

Our new phone system allows us to better communicate internally as we are able to transfer calls off site to mobiles and to staff in the office. We used to struggle every day when we left the office because we would have to manually set a machine to our out of hours mode. Now with the new system we only have to push a button when we leave for the day. This has made our lives so much easier.

Our first interaction with Techwell was when they proactively contacted us to review our business telecommunications. At the time we had an extremely outdated system, which we had purchased second hand. The system could not handle voicemail and our receptionists were writing messages on pieces of paper. It was extremely inefficient.

We had regularly been contacted by many different providers to try and review our system set up. However, we would continue to tell them we were ok. When our office phones were coming close to the end of the contract we were well and truly ready to upgrade.
