Techwell Sales Manager

As an accredited Telstra Partner, Techwell is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead, engage and coach a sales team of Business Technology Advisors to deliver results. Through this leadership, you will be responsible for the development of key sales strategies to increase revenue, seek out potential customer opportunities, uncover, embed & execute new product lines and implement change where required to drive results.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets through a planned sales strategy
  • Effectively manage and motivate a high performing sales team to deepen engagement and participation
  • Deliver performance coaching methodology across complete sales team to improve daily, weekly, monthly sales performance
  • Proactively identify, create and pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Steer the business forward through effective sales management, utilising key sales processes and frameworks
  • Develop knowledge, skills and capability of the sales team to deliver efficiency around sales submission process
  • Weekly / Monthly reporting analysing past performance and projecting future performance opportunities
  • Deliver detailed reporting and pipeline forecasting to the leadership team
  • Deliver the highest level of customer experience
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Recruitment including the selection and successful on-boarding of top sales talent in conjunction with People team
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures that impact all elements of the Sales team

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing an effective, successful, high performing sales team
  • Proven ability to coach and performance manage a sales team
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, key stakeholders, sales team, customers with a view to helping others to be successful
  • Ability to unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each team member
  • Ability to review, revise and improve sales processes where required to drive a result
  • Analytical data skills to uncover opportunity and potential challenges
  • Strong business acumen
  • Integrity and trust to uphold HTG’s core values
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as a leader.
  • Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing
  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
